Junior 3D Artist
Job Type: Full-time
NTRY is looking for Junior 3D Artists to contribute to producing 3D interactive visualization applications that are setting a new standard for the real estate industry. Join our small, growing company of 15 employees using game engine expertise and archviz know-how to revolutionize how people buy homes. This is a remote, full-time position. There is an option for on-site if you are based in or willing to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
Responsibilities:
Interpret 3D and 2D CAD drawings to create environments and props
Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
Iterate on models based on feedback from team members and clients
Optimize, refine and correct model geometry for rendering in-game and web environments
Work with artists and programmers to execute projects on time
Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design and modelling tools and technologies
Required Skills:
Expert level knowledge of 3D modelling tools in Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, or Houdini
An eye for detail and good visualization skills
Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
Good communication skills
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in Substance Designer
Knowledge of lighting for games, TV/film, or archviz
Strong understanding of visual composition and colour palettes
Ability to create 3D animations and/or rigs
Knowledge of Unreal Blueprints, Python, Javascript, MEL, or MAXScript

Back End Developer
Job Type: Full-time
Reporting to the CTO and COO, you are a team player who will help to drive the transformation for existing products and development teams. You are a confirmed software developer who will support web applications for products based on micro-services and containers, review, and approve software design with developers.
You will also contribute to improving DevOps KPIs on code quality & security, test automation, coverage, traceability and CI/CD.
Responsibilities:
Work efficiently as part of an international team located in multiple time zones, a cross-functional team to review technical specifications and understand the needs of non-technical engineering users.
Work with Product Leaders to understand product requirements.
Contribute to product software design.
Review software breakdown per module.
Create and maintain microservices; estimate and implement functional modules; implement features, review code and fix bugs in the back-end code, manage and test them and optimize code in terms of speed and memory usage.
Execute and automate operational processes to be fast, accurate and secure.
Create functional specifications, design documents, test plans and user-level documentation.
Acting efficiently through teams, eliminating redundancies and taking advantage of the reuse of products and technology.
Be a reference of quality in product development and support.
Develop coding that meets standards and offers the desired functionality using the technology chosen for the project.
Share information with the team with the appropriate level of detail; your collaboration with other developers is expected to be impeccable.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited, to reference verification and background check.
Must have unrestricted Canadian work authorization or obtain work authorization in the short term.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with Python
Extensive experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Experience creating RESTful APIs and writing documentation
Experience with optimizing software applications
Ability to identify and apply software design patterns
Demonstrate initiative to explore alternative technologies and have great problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with SSH, SSL, DNP, Kubernetes
Experience with SQL Server and NGINX
Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Familiar with FastAPI or Django (Python framework-related)
