FAQs

What is ELEVATE?

NTRY's web application (ELEVATE) targets two market groups: (1) Realtors/cooperative sale agents (coop agent), and (2) Builders. Realtors/cooperative sale agents are offered a wide range of functionality that adds value to their selling toolkit and strategy. This includes a standardized platform for a coop agent to submit purchase requests on behalf of their clients (worksheets), manage their book of business by monitoring live transactions, and gaining new leads by being a member of the NTRY platform.

What is NVISION?

NTRY's Unreal Engine product line (NVISION) delivers marketing assets that a builder client can utilize for showcasing their pre-construction projects in a virtual instance running as an executable desktop application.

How will you guys impact foreign ownership in Canada?

NTRY operates on a business-to-business model. We currently serve real estate agents, brokerages, and property developers, not individual buyers and sellers. While NTRY aims to expand agents’ customer bases and expand on their property offerings, the decision with whom they take on as clients rests with them in compliance with applicable Fair Housing Laws.

How can NTRY help with home ownership affordability in Canada?

There’s no silver bullet solution for more affordable housing in Canada. That said, part of the solution is a greater housing supply. Where NTRY plays a role with that is in helping builders use 3D visualization to bring their pre-construction projects to life. By using NVISION, and the ELEVATE platform, builders are able to showcase their previous work, speak to their track record, and convince stakeholders and municipal officials why their preconstruction vision is the right way to move forward. This in turn saves time for everyone with the goal of shortening the time it takes to build new homes.

Q: How are you guys protecting client data?

Protecting agents' and builders’ data is a core tenant for NTRY. We have partnered with third parties that offer data security solutions, such as data encryption, back ups, monitoring, two-factor authentication, and additional standard data security measures both digital and physical, for the protection of all private information stored on NTRY’s database.
